Published on Monday, 05 December 2011 08:30

The aim of the study ”Competence Management in Lifelong Learning” is to bring together knowledge on how employers of medium-sized and large businesses make use of the available processes and tools for human resources management in finding, developing and effectively utilizing the skills of their employees.

.

Medium-sized and large businesses will be involved in the study, as well as companies involved in the recruitment, selection and evaluation of their employees. Data from the quantitative part of the study will be gathered using computer-based questionnaires (CAPI), and the qualitative part will use individual in-depth interviews (IDI) as well as focus group interviews (FGI).

The results of the study, together with the results of other studies being carried out by IBE, and in particular those studies concerning the educational and career paths of graduates and pupils, and studies on the preconditions for the educational decisions of households, will constitute the basis for preparing a prediction of how human resources will develop in Poland.

The study will be conducted by Quality Watch sp. z o.o. , which was chosen by public tender.
