Teaching Tools Database in KeyCoNet Catalogue of Initiatives 2014

KeyCoNet, European policy network focused on identifying and analysing initiatives on the implementation of key competences in primary and secondary school education, chose for its Catalogue of Initiatives 2014 IBE Teaching Tools Database developed by the experts of the Educational Research Institute working within Education Enthusiasts project. KeyCoNet, in collaboration with the European Commission selects each year a number of key competences projects or activities conducted in the EU member states with a view to wider implementation in education and research institutions. In 2014 Teaching Tools Database (part of Good Practice Database) was selected to appear in the Catalogue of Initiatives 2014. The Teaching Tools Database is a project aimed at teachers, pupils and parents - includes tasks and descriptions of good practice in education. The tasks presented in the database can be used while working on developing key competences such as communication in the mother tongue, communication in foreign languages, mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology as well as critical thinking, problem solving, interpretation, argument.
