AGNIESZKA CHLON DOMINCZAK Leader of the Education and Labour Market Unit. Agnieszka Chłoń-Domińczak, PhD, is a researcher at the Institute of Statistics and Demography of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and at the Educational Research Institute. She graduated with an MA in quantitative methods and information systems from the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2003, she received a PhD from SGH. In 1997-1999 she was employed in the office of The Government Plenipotentiary for the Reform of the Social Security System. 

She cooperated with the Institute for Market Economics in Warsaw. She also worked as a consultant of the World Bank and the OECD. In 2002-2009 she was the Director of the Department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, in the years 2004-2005 an Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Social Policy and then, from January 2008 to July 2009 in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. She managed the "Solidarity of Generations - 50+" programme and worked on the act on "bridging pensions" and other acts regulating the capital pension payments. In 2009, Ms Chłoń-Domińczak was awarded the Prize of Andrzej Bączkowski for "high qualifications and remarkable commitment in the work for the public good".

Agnieszka Chłoń-Domińczak is the project leader of the National Qualifications Framework.
